Privacy

Cubiee is in early access. A full privacy policy is being drafted with counsel. In the meantime, here is what you can rely on:

• Résumés you upload are stored encrypted in our database and used only to run analyses you initiate.
• Job descriptions you paste are stored alongside the analysis they produced.
• We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party models.
• We use Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude APIs to process your résumé and job descriptions. Those vendors are bound by their own enterprise data agreements with us; they do not train on your data.

Deleting your data

Email support@cubiee.com from the address associated with your Cubiee account and we will purge your résumés, analyses, and account record within 7 days. A self-serve delete-account button is on the roadmap.
